Privacy Policy

Mail Organizer
Effective Date: August 3, 2026

Mail Organizer ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") helps you bring order to your inbox — identifying the newsletters and subscription emails you receive, grouping messages by sender, and letting you delete, archive, or unsubscribe in bulk so only what matters stays in view. This Privacy Policy explains what information we gather, why we process it, the choices available to you, and the safeguards we apply to protect your data. It applies to all mobile applications released under the Mail Organizer brand on Google Play and the Apple App Store, along with any associated services, features, or content (together, "the Services").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue use of the App.

For any questions, concerns, or privacy-related requests, contact us at help@labbce.com.

1 Information We Gather

The information we handle falls into a few broad categories. Some of it you hand over yourself, some of it is generated automatically as you interact with the App, and some of it relates to the email account you choose to connect.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you reach out to our support team, respond to a survey, or send us feedback, we receive whatever details you choose to include — your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments. This information is used solely to address your inquiry and for no other purpose.

We also keep app-generated content such as your settings preferences, sorting rules, and any custom filters you configure. This data stays tied to your use of the App and helps us restore your setup when you return.

1.2 Device and Connection Details

To keep the App stable and diagnose issues when they arise, we automatically collect certain details about your device and network. The specific identifiers involved depend on your platform:

Persistent device identifiers — such as the Android ID on Android or the IDFV on iOS — are treated as personal information in accordance with applicable law.

1.3 Interaction and Usage Records

We log how you navigate the App so we can understand performance patterns and guide product improvements. These records may include:

This data is applied solely to refine the user experience and optimize in-app advertising. It is never sold to third parties.

1.4 Email Data

Email data is what makes the App work. To identify the newsletters you receive and carry out the cleanup actions you request, the App needs to examine messages in the email account you authorize:

Analysis to distinguish newsletters from ordinary correspondence is performed on your device. Where the App accesses your mailbox through an authorized connection such as the Gmail API, that access is subject to the strict limits described in Section 2. Email content is never used to train models, serve advertisements, or pursue any purpose unrelated to inbox organization.

2 Access to Your Email Account and Google Data

If you connect a Google account (for example, a Gmail address) to the App, our use of your Google data follows the additional restrictions required by the Google API Services User Data Policy:

Your email data powers only the features you choose to use. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

3 How We Put Your Data to Work

3.1 Operating the Services

We process the data needed to run the App and deliver the features you rely on — detecting subscription emails, presenting your newsletter list, and executing the delete, archive, and unsubscribe actions you select. This also covers responding to your support requests and restoring your preferences.

3.2 Improvement and Optimization

We have a legitimate interest in analyzing aggregated usage patterns to fix bugs, improve detection accuracy, develop new capabilities, and tailor your experience. This may include sending service-related communications such as update notices and security alerts.

3.3 Advertising and Personalization

With your consent where the law requires it, we and our advertising partners may use your ad identifier, approximate location derived from IP, language preference, and in-app behavior to show relevant advertisements and evaluate their performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings — on Android via Settings > Privacy > Ads, and on iOS via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

3.4 Security and Abuse Prevention

We process data to detect suspicious activity, prevent fraudulent behavior, enforce acceptable use of the Services, and protect our infrastructure and community.

3.5 Legal Compliance

We may process your data to meet applicable legal obligations — for instance, responding to lawful requests from authorities or keeping records required by law.

4 When and With Whom We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

There are, however, specific circumstances where we may disclose data to trusted recipients:

We may also share aggregated or anonymized data — such as "64% of users clear at least one newsletter sender per week" — with partners for research, analytics, or marketing. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

5 Device Permissions and Their Purposes

To enable the App's core functionality, we may request the following permissions. Permissions vary by platform; sections marked with a platform label apply only to that platform. You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit certain features.

5.1 Network and Connectivity Android & iOS

5.2 Notifications Android & iOS

5.3 Advertising and Analytics Android & iOS

5.4 Biometric Security Android & iOS

Where you enable it, the App may use your device's biometric features (fingerprint or face recognition) to lock access to your connected mailbox and sorting settings. Biometric verification runs entirely on your device, and no biometric data leaves it.

5.5 Power Management Android

5.6 Billing Android & iOS

To process in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Payment processing is handled directly by the respective platform; we never see or store your full payment details.

6 Legal Grounds for Processing

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data, depending on the context:

In some cases, providing your data is necessary to use the full functionality of the App. If you decide not to share certain data, some features may be unavailable.

7 Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data. To submit a request, contact us at the email address in Section 14. We will verify your identity before processing.

7.1 Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7.2 Right to Access and Rectification

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, free of charge, and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.

7.3 Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)

You may request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies, or when you object and no overriding legitimate grounds exist.

7.4 Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest its accuracy or when processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure.

7.5 Right to Object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. We will comply unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

7.6 Right to Data Portability

You may request a structured, machine-readable copy of your data that is processed by automated means based on consent or contract, and have it transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible.

7.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

We will respond to your request within 30 days, or inform you if an extension is needed. We may charge a reasonable fee only if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

8 California Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with additional protections. This section supplements our main Privacy Policy.

8.1 Right to Know

You may request, up to twice in any 12-month period, disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.

8.2 Right to Delete

You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions — such as when the data is needed to detect security incidents, fix errors, comply with legal obligations, or perform internal uses consistent with your expectations.

8.3 Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. However, we may share certain identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of such sharing. To exercise this right, follow the instructions in Section 8.5.

8.4 Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights — including denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service.

8.5 Exercising Your California Rights

Submit a verifiable consumer request via email to help@labbce.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable up to 90 days with notice).

8.6 Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at help@labbce.com so we can investigate and remove the data as required by applicable law.

10 Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies. Our primary partners include:

We carefully select partners with reputable privacy and security practices and limit the data they can access to what is necessary for their services. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of these third parties before interacting with their services through the App.

11 Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

As a general guideline:

We may continue to store aggregated or anonymized data — for example, usage statistics that no longer identify you — for analytical and research purposes without time limitation.

12 Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls on our systems, and periodic security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we ever detect a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law (for example, within 72 hours under the GDPR).

13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice — such as an in-app notification or a prompt the next time you open the App. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
